Al Dhafrah Arabian Horse Show 2025
THE BRIEF
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region, the Emirates Arabian Horse Society hosted the fifth edition of the Al Dhafrah Arabian Horse Championship 2025 (Private Studs) at Al Mughirah Corniche. We were appointed to manage the full event production, including site development, cultural theming, technical setup, and visitor experience. A key feature of our delivery was the construction of a traditional heritage fort, which served as a stunning visual anchor and tribute to the region’s cultural identity.
The Results
The Results
The event welcomed over 500 purebred Arabian horses and 300+ owners, solidifying its status as a premier platform for private stud breeders. The championship drew large crowds and significant media attention, with our fort structure becoming a centerpiece and photo highlight of the event. Our team’s end-to-end support—from infrastructure and décor to daily operations—ensured smooth execution and an elevated guest experience, earning praise for bringing together heritage, prestige, and flawless delivery in one of the region’s most culturally significant equestrian events.
