THE BRIEF
The challenge involved building an IGG (International Gaming Group) stand within a tight 30-day deadline that accommodated 30 individual companies while ensuring security and logistics. Later, there was a request to adapt the stand for the ISNR (International Exhibition for National Security and Resilience), within a mere 48-hour timeframe, due to a smaller space allocation.

The Results
Initiating the project with detailed 3D designs, we ensured each of the 30 companies had its dedicated space within the IGG stand. We then executed an elaborate logistics plan, meticulously coordinating material procurement, construction timelines, and booth setup to minimize any potential delays. Security measures were integrated at every step, with comprehensive surveillance systems, access control, and on-site personnel dedicated to safeguarding the stand and its valuable assets.
When faced with the challenge of adapting the stand for ISNR within 48 hours, our team's agility and creativity came to the fore. We swiftly reconfigured the stand, making necessary modifications for the smaller space while maintaining the integrity of the design and branding.
