Every element of the event was strategically designed to showcase the new logo to the employees. Prior to entering, attendees were greeted by branded flags and 3D logo cutouts. In the foyer, there is a backdrop featuring ADAA's values, followed by a branded registration desk branded. Upon registration, attendees were given random numbers assigning them to various tables, and encouraging them to interact with colleagues they hadn't previously met. A creative seating plan stand was prominently displayed to guide attendees to their seats. The interior featured a stage incorporating elements of the ADAA logo.
We initiated the event by facilitating team-building activities at each table, engaging employees in two group games that required collaborative effort to complete the tasks. The momentum then shifted to the main stage, where two competing teams were formed to answer questions against the clock, fostering a renewed team spirit that we aimed to achieve.
Every detail, from the sound, visuals, and lighting to event branding, was meticulously planned to cultivate an atmosphere conducive to employee interaction and networking.
